On Dec. 27th, Mr. Chen Haosu, President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), sent a message of sympathy to H.E. Brig-Gen. Aung Thein Lynn, Mayor of Yangon and Chairman of Yangon City Development Council of the Union of Myanmar on the loss of life and property caused by the tsunami disaster in Myanmar.
